As aFamily Support Worker (Nights) , youll play a vital role in supporting families placed for assessment. Youll provide consistent care, guidance and encouragement while observing, monitoring and recording interactions to ensure the safety, wellbeing and progress of parents and children. Youll work hands-on with parents, babies and toddlers, helping families recognise their strengths, meet their own needs and develop the skills to care for their children confidently within a residential or community setting. As a key member of the team, you will also contribute to the smooth running of the centre.
