As a Paralegal, you will work closely with qualified lawyers to manage conveyancing transactions efficiently, ensuring high-quality service to clients and referrers. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, thrive under pressure, and are looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Assist in managing cases from instruction through to exchange, dealing with both leasehold and freehold residential properties.
  • Build strong knowledge of individual cases, obtaining vital information to progress each case effectively.
  • Work closely with a qualified lawyer to ensure all conveyancing transactions are handled professionally.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a harmonious working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Cheerful and friendly disposition with a strong team spirit.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet consistent deadlines.
  • Innovative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in using IT systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
