About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Hawk Brown Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Solicitors in conveyancing transaction processes, providing a seamless and professional service.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Providing administrative support to Solicitors in handling conveyancing transactions efficiently and professionally
  • Conducting thorough property searches and due diligence to identify potential issues
  • Maintaining accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance and KPIs
  • Managing deadlines and tracking transaction progress for timely completion
  • Preparing high-quality reports and correspondence related to property transactions
  • Staying up-to-date with property laws and industry practices
  • Handling telephone calls and communicating information accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Assisting lawyers in building and maintaining client and agent relationships
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders in property matters
  • Supporting Solicitors with additional tasks when required

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will have a salary range of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, along with benefits such as 26 days holiday, Healthcare cash plan, social events, free fruit and breakfast, and cycle to work scheme.
