Innovative Chilled food manufacturer is looking for a SHE Advisor to join a growing team at their site based in Pembrokeshire. The successful candidate will provide Health, Safety and Environment advice and guidance to the site.


Reporting to the SHE Manager, responsibilities for the role will include:

  • Ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
  • Delivering training in safe behaviours and working practices, communicating and reporting areas of concern.
  • Developing and maintaining the SHE Management system
  • Overseeing day to day practices and conformance
  • Undertaking regular compliance checks
  • Owning and managing the health surveillance plan


Essential / Desirable skills include:

  • Previous similar experience within manufacturing or construction
  • NEBOSH Certificate (NVQ Level 3 equivalent
  • Member of ISOH IEMA and /or IES
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The working hours for the role are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. The salary is £38k - £40k per annum plus an excellent benefits package. Due to the location of the site, a driving licence and own vehicle is recommended, however the site is accessible by bus.
