Juice Recruitment is excited to be working with a dynamic and successful organisation who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Coordinator. You will be joining the company during a time of pivotal growth, where your dedication will help drive the company’s success.

This role involves supporting internal operations, managing distributor relationships, and assisting with eCommerce activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth running of the company’s day-to-day processes,ensuring efficient order management, product compliance, and marketplace coordination.

You Will Be:

  • Updating and managing internal order forms for online, Christmas specials and limited-edition packages.
  • Tracking incoming orders and seasonal forecasts.
  • Working closely with the sales teams to update information.
  • Overseeing the distributor registration process and liaising with external and internal teams, completing compliance documents, responding to queries.
  • Liaising with the marketing team for any point-of-sale requirements (e.g. customer requests for product images and documents).
  • Assisting with Marketplace shop setup, uploading products and images.
  • Responding to customer queries and making sure orders are picked and dispatched.
  • Monitor weekly stock levels and reporting any shortages to the warehouse team.
  • Ad-hoc office support and warehouse team support.

You Will Have:

  • Experience in a similar operations or sales support role.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in liaising across different departments and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems.
  • Preferably some familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify)
