Job Description

We are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join us in Experian IT Services to provide support and deliver great service through a variety of channels including phone & email communications to our customers internally and externally.

You will achieve this by providing support, troubleshooting and resolution of customer and technical issues relating to the use of company products, services and related applications, ensuring the client experiences a simple and easy service.

You will use your first-class relationship building skills to really engage with our clients and identify opportunities to consistently deliver service excellence, working together as one Experian across a multi-graphical team to build a holistic picture, address feedback and deliver proactive service improvements.

Full training will be provided.

This role will be full time office based for 3 months in Fairham House and will then move to a hybrid working model. You will be covering a rotational shift patten of Monday - Sunday - 8am - 6pm (there is no weekend work for the first 8 weeks of training).

Qualifications
Ability to deliver excellent service and responding accurately to individual client needs and consistently deliver results to a high standard
Comfortably uses standard PC software and all systems required for role
Ability to build positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Having the ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to the needs of the team and business
Clearly communicates with clients and colleagues
