Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking an experienced Billing Analyst with a background in the energy sector for our esteemed client. This temporary contract has the potential to become permanent, providing an exciting opportunity to manage and analyse energy bills, ensuring accuracy and providing exceptional support to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Management: Ensure accurate and timely preparation and distribution of energy bills to clients.
- Data Analysis: Analyse billing data to identify discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of charges.
- Client Support: Provide support to clients regarding billing inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the billing process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on billing activities and discrepancies for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Criteria:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Billing Analyst in the energy sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software and data analysis tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
