As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our sales function, supporting our experienced Business Consultants to provide the highest standard of customer service to our customer accounts. If you think this role is a good fit for you, then what are you waiting for? Apply today


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Increase sales revenue and margin via inbound and outbound calls & proactive account Management.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPI sales targets.
  • Use the CRM system to effectively record, manage and develop opportunities.
  • Handle customer dissatisfaction correspondence and find a solution within an agreed remit.
  • Attend and participate in training days and promotional vendor days.
  • Create and submit weekly KPI’s reporting, focusing on the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of sales activity not just the quantity.


Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical skills, analysis of performance, trend data and generation of reports.
  • Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • 2 – 3 years account management experience.
  • Previous experience as a dental nurse or practice manager would be advantageous, but not essential.
