Solicitor – Commercial PropertyHanley | SandbachFull-time | Permanent We are recruiting for a motivated and proficient Commercial Property Solicitor to join Talbots Law, with experience commensurate to that of c.2 years’ PQE. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to Talbots’ continued growth, with candidates welcome to apply to work in either Hanley or Sandbach. As a Solicitor within Commercial Property, you will build and manage a varied caseload, advising clients on a full range of Commercial Property matters including, freehold/leasehold acquisitions and sales, new leases and lease renewals and re-mortgages. Additionally, due to the location of these offices, our clients often require legal expertise with their Agricultural Property and Development matters, offering a variation to the typical Commercial Property work.
