As a Solicitor within Commercial Property, you will build and manage a varied caseload, advising clients on a full range of Commercial Property matters including freehold/leasehold acquisitions and sales, new leases and lease renewals and re-mortgages. Additionally, due to the location of these offices, our clients often require legal expertise with their Agricultural Property and Development matters, offering a variation to the typical Commercial Property work. Whilst not a requirement, experience within this area would be advantageous. Who are Talbots Law? Assisting, conducting and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and re‑mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties. Drafting, reviewing, amending and issuing legal documentation including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders. Developing a good working knowledge of the case management system whilst working efficiently, effectively and professionally. Supporting colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients. What you need: The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, with extensive knowledge on a variety of Commercial Property matters. You will have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track‑record of the Commercial Property transaction processes.
