Commercial Property Coordinator | Onsite| £28,000 - £30,000 | Stoke on Trent | PermanentSeymour John are supporting a well-established Chartered Surveyor and Commercial Estate Agency practice in recruiting a Commercial Property Coordinator/Negotiator.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate commercial sales and lettingsPrepare and maintain marketing materials, brochures, online listings, and signageCoordinate photography, floorplans, EPCs, and marketing collateralManage and update property listings across websites, portals, and Agency Pilot (CRM)Arrange and coordinate viewings, inspections, and client meetingsAct as first point of contact for landlords, tenants, buyers, and contractorsSupport client onboarding, including AML and compliance checksDraft instruction forms, viewing schedules, offer summaries, and completion documentsLiaise with surveyors, solicitors, and clients during negotiations and transactionsMaintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems in line with RICS standardsSupport tenant communications, maintenance reporting, and contractor coordination (where required)Provide administrative support including diary coordination and document formattingUpdate CRM systems with enquiries, feedback, and deal informationSkills & RequirementsEssentialPrevious Estate Agency experienceStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/property systemsCustomer-focused, proactive, and able to work collaborativelyDesirableExperience within commercial property or surveyingUnderstanding of lettings/sales processes and commercial lease terminologyKnowledge of RICS, AML, and GDPR complianceBenefitsFree ParkingFamily feel honest BusinessSalary £28,000 -£30,000 dependent on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
