We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced office assistant to join a close knit, lovely commercial property company in North West London.
Working closely with the PA to CEO, you will be the first point of contact for all correspondence and helping out wherever needed with general office admin. This is a brand-new role for the company - there will be plenty of scope for career progression as the role evolves over time.
Candidates should ideally have two year’s office experience, a real muck-in attitude and a warm, welcoming personality.
Tasks include:
- Answering phones and re-directing calls
- Responding to emails
- Filing
- Mange office supplies
- Supporting the wider team when needed
- Ad hoc admin tasks
You will be:
- Min two year’s office experience
- Familiar with Microsoft office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Confident, friendly, sunny personality
- Muck in attitude
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience working closely with a Personal Assistant, or candidates with a strong background in office assistant roles and happy to help out with all ad hoc tasks around the office.
