Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the fostering team, including managing records, processing applications, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of foster carers and children in care.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Handle phone and email inquiries, providing excellent customer service to foster carers, social workers, and other stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a social care or fostering environment.
