The successful candidate can be based out of either our Blackpool Bristol or Redhill offices with hybrid working available. Our Risk Manager will be responsible for effective delivery of key activities related to global energy markets. Youll be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing professional energy risk management services to domestic and international client accounts.We understand that candidates have varying experiences and it is unlikely that all aspects of the role description will be an exact match. Please dont be deterred if that is the case - wed love to hear from you if you are passionate about our vision and have relevant experience.RequirementsMore than 2 years experience in Trading Risk Management or Energy Procurement.The ability to articulate alternative propositions and make recommendations based on sound logic and reasoning.Proficiency with market data platforms such as Refinitiv Eikon and Bloomberg Terminal as well as advanced Excel.Experience of developing forecasting models and quantitative analysis techniques.Interest in the European energy industry with knowledge of market drivers.Strong analytical skills and numerate mindset.
