Junior Technical Coordinator/Project Manager

Location: North West Surrey (hybrid)

Salary: £25, ,500

We're looking for a Technical Coordinator to join a rapidly growing client of ours based in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual at the start of their career who wants to develop into a future Project Manager.

You'll play a key role supporting the coordination and delivery of technical projects that contribute to sustainable infrastructure and utility solutions in the UK.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support project managers in planning and coordinating utility and infrastructure projects
  • Assist with site surveys, data collection, and project documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to support project delivery
  • Learn to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical reports
  • Help identify and solve project challenges with a proactive approach

What we're looking for:

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional with an interest in sustainability, civil engineering, or utilities
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A collaborative, hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ambition to progress into project management
  • Full UK driving licence
