Offering a 13-week training academy with a devoted learning and development manager, you will gain all the skills to become a successful recruiter with no prior experience As well as offering a world call training programme, our client offers the most lucrative commission structure nationally, 45% of your billings
The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.
Initially a 180 role, with potential to progress into account management once sound knowledge of the market has been established.
Identify business development opportunities daily.
Build a strong network of candidates and clients.
