Graduate Recruitment Consultants can typically earn between £30,000 to £40,000 OTE in their first year, with some of our top performing grads earning between £45,000 to £55,000 .
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Premier Group , you will be enrolled in our award-winning tailored training programme, IMPACT. This comprehensive training equips you with everything you need to know about your marketplace and the best recruitment strategies. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant , you will:
Develop new successful client relationships through networking and cold-calling
Source the best talent in your market using networking, headhunting and selective processes
Market job adverts and enhance your personal brand in your specialist industry
Collaborate with your team and grow together by identifying areas for learning and development
Competitive base salary with projected earnings of up to £40,000 within your first year
