Our client is part of an international hotel brand, looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to be based in their exclusive London Hotel.
The Property
- 4 star Hotel
- Branded property
- Managing 320 + bedrooms
- Great Meeting & Event Space
- Reporting directly to the Commercial Team

The Revenue Manager will
- Review / forecast rooms business on a weekly basis
- Set strategy and create outputs which drive performance, short, medium and long term etc
- Manage all revenue streams and ensure achieving the highest level of revenue
- Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Team
- Maximise all sales opportunity's working hand in hand with the sales team
- Experience of Opera, Ideas, Delphi etc would be an advantage.
As Revenue Manager you will have
- Worked in a similar size property or a smaller property looking for that next step up
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Great man management, leadership and communication skills
- Great organisational, planning, numerical and analytical ability
- Be accountable and resilient
- Agility to respond to different work situations
- Great support from the Commercial Team
