Our client is part of an international hotel brand, looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to be based in their exclusive London Hotel.

The Property

  • 4 star Hotel
  • Branded property
  • Managing 320 + bedrooms
  • Great Meeting & Event Space
  • Reporting directly to the Commercial Team

The Revenue Manager will

  • Review / forecast rooms business on a weekly basis
  • Set strategy and create outputs which drive performance, short, medium and long term etc
  • Manage all revenue streams and ensure achieving the highest level of revenue
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Team
  • Maximise all sales opportunity's working hand in hand with the sales team
  • Experience of Opera, Ideas, Delphi etc would be an advantage.

As Revenue Manager you will have

  • Worked in a similar size property or a smaller property looking for that next step up
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Great man management, leadership and communication skills
  • Great organisational, planning, numerical and analytical ability
  • Be accountable and resilient
  • Agility to respond to different work situations
  • Great support from the Commercial Team
