Job Overview
Momentum Hospitality Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join their team. As a key member of the commercial department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profit performance through effective market share management and revenue strategy implementation.

In this exciting opportunity, you will oversee multiple revenue streams, including accommodations, meetings and events, food and beverage, leisure and spa, and other relevant business sectors. Your expertise in revenue management will enable you to develop and implement sales and pricing strategies, foster strong working relationships with stakeholders, and prepare annual room budgets and revenue targets.

This role requires a proven track record of achieving challenging targets, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and technical savvy in systems. With a competitive salary range of £50,000 (plus bonus and excellent benefits), you will have the chance to grow and progress your career further.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hotel reservations team, leading the weekly revenue meeting, and conducting displacement analysis for groups, weddings, conferences, and corporate accounts. You will also collaborate with the sales team to review and challenge account production, identify new target accounts, and utilise tools like Agency360 and Hotstats for performance analysis.
