Your responsibilities in the role –Achieving sales and margin targets quarterly, under an annual sales planIdentifying and wining opportunities as required under sales planWork with end customers to advise and promote company Fall Protection SolutionsManage the sales pipeline with the Distributor network through effective relationships and strong communicationCollaborate with company technical teams to ensure a high level of on-site support where requiredSkills and Experience Strong knowledge of the Fall Protection market is essentialAbility to communicate at all levels of the organization both externally and internally and be able to build excellent customer relationshipsA self-starter/self-motivated with a drive to succeed with the ability to work on your own and as part of a teamStrong communication, negotiation and presentation skills - written and verbal Competitive & Proactive instinct - takes initiative on issues and challenges to find optimum solutions.Tenacious, resilient - ability to navigate through conflict and challenges towards positive outcome, retaining focus and perspectiveHave a passion for sales and exceeding sales targets and KPIsBasic knowledge of the related EN standards would be preferableAbility to develop company brand loyalty across end customers and DistributorsAbility to ensure accurate communication of product updates and developmentStrong negotiation skillsNumerate and proficient with analysis and manipulation of dataProficient in use of IT tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
