Description

The successful Sales Merchandising Manager will:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territories (South East to Blue Water Shopping Centre)
  • Direct Reports: 1-2 Beauty Consultants
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate in sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Be proactive - lead from the front
  • Journey Plan routes (supported, if need be)

Profile

A successful Sales Merchandising Manager may have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven work experience in the retail industry, particularly in sales roles
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Job Offer
