We are currently working with a professional services firm based in Worcester city centre who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a full-time permanent basis.
The role will be mainly office based, and the salary banding in £32-44k (DOE).
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing the full lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, policy management, system maintenance, benefits administration, payroll, and contract changes
- Administering payroll processes, ensuring compliance with contractual and policy entitlements
- Leading the execution of annual HR plans, such as appraisals, bonus distribution, and benefits renewals
- Driving HRIS improvements to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Generating insightful reports to inform strategic HR decisions
- Managing the administration of employee benefits, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery
- Ensuring legal compliance across all HR activities, staying informed about legislative updates
Experience required:
- Experience working within human resources
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Strong IT skills
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
