NOTE this is a commission-only position, success in this role could lead to a full-time, paid position as we continue to grow and secure further investment.


Role Description

We are looking for a driven and sportstech passionate Business Development Representative to help expand our reach within the sports industry. In this commission-only, part-time remote role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, including professional sports clubs and athletes. Your mission will be to generate leads, communicate the value of EXRT ai’s innovative health monitoring solutions, and drive business development efforts to bring our technology to the forefront of athlete care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inside sales and lead generation, targeting sports clubs, athletes, and related stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate our mission and the benefits of our AI-driven health monitoring solutions.
  • Drive sales and business development initiatives to establish partnerships with professional sports teams and individual athletes.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and maximize impact.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation, ideally within the sports or tech industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
  • Experience in sales and business development, with a track record of driving growth and building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing your time and goals effectively.
  • A passion for sports and athlete health, with a strong interest in innovative technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
