We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving our sales efforts and ensuring our customers receive best-in-class solutions tailored to their needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound calls/emails.
  • Sales Outreach: Engage with potential customers to understand their business requirements and present relevant solutions from DataVita and National Cloud.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DataVita and National Cloud’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and external sales teams to align sales strategies and maximise lead conversion.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meeting Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in an inside sales or similar role, preferably within the IT, data centre, or cloud solutions sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a tenacious attitude towards achieving targets.
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate their benefits into business value.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
