As a member of a dedicated project team of three you will play a key role in reviewing and analysing contracts to identify location-based restrictions and other critical contractual elements. You will need to be able to analyse and review German language contracts and be able to answer a pre-defined set of questions in English. You will report into a member of our Legal Team who will provide the necessary training and guidance.Proficiency in reading understanding and translating German contracts is essential for this role.This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days working in our London office.This is a fixed term contract with a duration of 3 months.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Management: Identifying contract completeness in our Contract Storage Location.Contract Review: Analyse contracts to extract and interpret key information based on a predefined set of business questions.Data Recording: Accurately document findings in the required format to ensure consistency.The ideal candidate will have:Experience (beneficial but not required):Demonstrated experience reviewing a range of contract types such as; Order Forms Framework Agreements Terms and Conditions Variation Agreements Service Level Agreements.Familiarity with UK/EU/Swiss/US Data Protection Laws.Required Skills:Fluency in German (reading and translation required).Strong understanding of contract formation and structure.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently.Law degree including studying Contract Law.Completed either LPC or SQE exams.We welcome talent at all career stages and are dedicated to understanding and supporting additional needs.
