Our client, an international fintech that aims to thrive for small businesses based in central London, is looking for a German speaking Credit Analyst to join them in their London office due to the rapid expansion of their team. In this role you will beanalysing financial data on a daily basis, a variety of financial documents from bank statements to VAT and accounts, in order to assess risks and makes decisions. You must have had previous exposure to financial data with an analytical aspect.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Analysing credit data, financial statements and other data sources to determine the level of risk involved in lending
- Conducting thorough due diligence to ensure affordability of credit in line with internal policy
- Meeting deadlines to ensure a smooth process
- Clear communication skills to ensure customer needs are met at all times

**About you**:
**Profile**:

- Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous exposure to financial data (bank statements, VAT, accounts, bills, credit, etc) with an analytical mind
- Able to be analytical, independent, organised
- Have the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult and challenging situations
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Team player who enjoys interacting with people
