**German Speaking Software Support Analyst | Remote-working | Circa £35,000 | Online Travel Industry | 1 year maternity-cover (potential to extend)**

A native German speaking Software Support Analyst is required by a brilliant company within the online travel industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual with strong experience within technical support / SaaS support,to develop their career in a market leading company.

An annual salary of circa £35,000 is available depending on experience + remote working

**Client**

Our client is a leading software company within the online travel industry, providing a great opportunity within a friendly and welcoming company.

**Responsibilities**
- Onboard clients onto the SaaS platform, and take ownership of each customer from initial training to online activation.
- Resolve technical implementation issues where possible, otherwise escalate to technical support or distribution team
- Provide accurate reporting for all client contact and training on Microsoft Dynamics CRM

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a Customer Support/SAAS Software Support role solving issues on the phone and Live Chat OR experience in an online training role within a software company.
- Native level of German: verbal and written. Fluent spoken and written English for internal use only. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for ‘right 1st time’ approach to service
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills - Proven experience in troubleshooting technical issues Outstanding oral and written communication skills
