With the opportunity to learn develop and be recognised Cairn a place where you can build a career youre proud of.About the Role:The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels they walk into a genuinely memorable experience.As a Guest Service Assistant (GSA) youll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience youll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.In this multi-skilled role you may also be involved in reservations sales and revenue preparing and serving food and drinks and organising the conference and events facilities.About You:Youll have previous experience working within a hotel environment preferably on Reception and it would be advantageous if you had experience with Opera PMS.
