DescriptionAre you passionate about teaching GCSE Maths and English Do you want to make a difference in the lives of students If so we are looking for youWe are looking for passionate and qualified Maths and English Tutors with SEN experience. Do you have a proven track record of success in teaching students at GCSE level Our tutors are skilled at developing and delivering engaging and informative lesson plans assessing student learning and providing academic support. They are also effective communicators and have a strong ability to build relationships with students.This job is in person in the Milton Keynes area. Day(s): Monday - Friday // flexibleTime(s): School HoursSubject and Level: GCSE Maths and English Start date: Throughout the academic yearResponsibilities:Develop and deliver tuition programmes in small groups or 1:1Provide tuition that is appropriate for the individuals/groups needs and study level.Assessing any barriers to students learning and working to overcome these.Monitoring student progress and producing reports.Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum content and qualification frameworks youre providing subject tuition in.Regularly reporting updates to the Tuition Programmes Manager.RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should have:Bachelors degreeExperience working with students with Special Educational Needs1 years of tutoring / teaching experienceAbility to work with students of all abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRight to be self employed in the UKBenefitsWhat We Offer: A friendly dynamic team that values collaboration and personal growth The opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students Competitive hourly rate: 30 - 35 per hour depending on role and experience About Tutors GreenOur mission is to provide first-class tuition primarily for disadvantaged students through discounted and pro-bono services across the UK.
