Are you an experienced CI specialist within manufacturing?
Do you have experience of successfully leading the continuous improvement of fast paced manufacturing sites?
Are you passionate about improving processes and people?
MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Manufacturing business on the search for a CI Specialist. This is a perm role based in Lancashire.
What are we looking for?
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is beneficial.
- Strong working knowledge of various CI tools with a proven track record of success within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous continuous improvement analytical experience within FMCG, including project management and business analysis is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of partners and senior managers.
Salary – circa £40k + package.
