Digital Media/Paid Social Executive - Birmingham / £25k - £34k


Currently working with a great Birmingham based agency that is seeking a talented and driven Digital Media Executive to join their team. This role offers a unique blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strategic planning, providing an ideal environment for professional growth and development. You'll be working with a renowned fashion brand, managing paid socials and google ads and PPC management across all social channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, video, and google shopping ads.
  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform ad strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging ad copy and creative.
  • Set up and analyse A/B tests to optimize ad performance.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and goals for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of SEO principles to complement PPC strategies.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Display Certification).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Experience with marketing automation tools


**Must haves**

  • Experience working within the fashion industry
  • Proven track record of managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Experience in handling both B2B and B2C clients
  • Familiarity with tools like Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Adobe Suite is advantageous.
