We are looking for a confident, experienced, and enthusiastic Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation for an exciting portfolio of clients.


This includes planning campaigns, creating compelling ads, designing effective landing pages, and reporting on performance. You'll work alongside our team of specialists across strategy, design, content, revenue operations, and development. We're seeking someone who lives and breathes paid media campaigns and is excited to help us build out this side of our business.


Key Responsibilities


  • Campaign Management: Work alongside our Strategists to audit, plan, execute, and optimise LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns specifically for B2B lead generation from start to finish.
  • Paid Media Expertise: Bring deep expertise in paid media strategies, continually staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates.
  • Creative Development: You’re an experienced ad copywriter who can develop ad creative and landing pages that drive high-quality B2B leads and conversions. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Manage bids, platform set-up options, and ensure campaigns are technically sound and optimised for performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation, focusing on lead quality and ROI.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and communicate results to clients in a clear and actionable manner. Introduce automation wherever possible.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients through excellent delivery and honest interaction, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Advocate for process development, documentation, and continuous improvement within the paid media domain.
  • Business Growth: Play a key role in expanding our paid media services, contributing ideas and strategies to grow this side of our business.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Educational Background: BA/BSc degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation, ideally in an agency or other fast-paced environment. Meta Ads experience also beneficial.
  • Specialist Expertise: Proven track record as a paid media specialist with deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation tactics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with bid management, platform set-up, audience targeting, and optimisation techniques in a B2B context.
  • Creative Flair: Ability to develop compelling ad creatives and effective landing pages that resonate with B2B audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies to improve lead quality and campaign ROI.
  • HubSpot Experience: Familiarity with HubSpot and its integration with paid media campaigns is a significant plus; an appetite to learn is a must.
  • Problem-Solver: Enjoys tackling complex challenges and developing strategic solutions in the B2B space.
  • Organised: Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills, capable of articulating campaign performance and strategies to clients and team members.
  • Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and success.
  • Client Service: Extensive experience working with B2B clients, with a focus on understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional results.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritise effectively across multiple projects and clients.
