Salesforce Administrator

TechOhana has a exciting opportunity within the Salesforce eco-system for a developing Salesforce Administrator. They are a company that's helping to innovate the way retail clients experience the luxury fashion market online transporting the customer care they provide in-person to web services.
To fulfil your roles at this company you will need to act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce backed products, mastering functionality across multiple projects. Hands on knowledge design, develop, implement processes, flows, and automation to optimise the efficiency of the team and achieve company goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them effectively to the appropriate members of the technical Implementation team.
This role gives someone the chance to not only put their own stamp on a project within the Salesforce eco-system but to also develop your career as part of a global fashion conglomerate.
Requirements for this position:
- 2 Years experience within the Salesforce eco-system
- Experience working within either Sales or Service Cloud
- Ability to communicate and learn
- Client facing experience either managing expectations or gathering requirements and workshops
- Configuration, process builder or workflow knowledge
- Salesforce Certified
