- Liverpool
- Part time / 20 hours per week
- £12.50 per hour (£13,000 per annum)

My client based in Liverpool is looking to recruit a Part Time Admin/Accounts assistant. This is a Monday-Friday role working 4 hours per day over 5 days at £12.50ph. The starting hours will be flexible and will be made to suit you.

Duties and responsibilities for the Admin/Accounts assistant:

- Raising Sales invoices on CRM System
- Posting Sales Invoices to Sage
- Posting and Checking Purchase invoices to Sage
- Answering Telephone Calls
- Updating Business Owners Diary
- Checking Supplier Statements
- Bank Reconciliations (Experience not Essential, can be taught)
- Provide Support to Operations Manager
- Dispatching some orders using courier online portals
- Ad Hoc Admin Tasks

Experience required:

- Reasonable IT experience
- Software (Experience Desired but not essential)
- Sage
- Excel
- Word
- Salesforce CRM
