This new opportunity to join the team will include dealing with daily inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails, ensuring that world class service is provided in every form of communication in line with core values of passion, respect, teamwork, and world-class service. The primary focus will be for 'first call resolution’ and 'going the extra mile’ which will provide world class service.
