DescriptionDrive client success and innovation as a Prime Financial Services Associate in a dynamic client-facing and globally collaborative teamAs a Prime Financial Services Associate in the Prime Financial Services Middle Office Client Facing Department you will take on a client-facing role that involves extensive interaction and communication with clients as well as collaboration with various global internal teams. You will be expected to develop and leverage your technical and communication skills to effectively drive client change initiatives. Additionally the role requires ensuring timely completion of all aspects of transaction management resolving exceptions and providing subject matter expertise to hedge fund clients.The Prime Financial Services Middle Office Client Facing Department is responsible for owning Operational client experience across the Prime Financial Services client base.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform root cause analysis for their respective clients to increase STP and reduce client inquiries. The resolution of these queries will often be achieved using analytical toolsEstablish and maintain relationships with high profile hedge fund clients through regular dialogue/meetings in order to comply with the Ease of doing business initiatives.Is accountable for end to end transaction management lifecycle for their respective client coverage including trade capture settlement exceptions and cash management.Deliver on the change agenda by partnering with the technology/strategy team do deliver system enhancementsWork as part of the global team performing follow the sun hand offs to ensure a smooth global coverage for global clients.Partner with technology strategy team to help identify internal and external facing technology improvement opportunities.Prioritize and escalate risk issues in alignment with the control agenda ensuring timely resolution.Provide operations subject matter expertise to clients where requiredRequired qualifications capabilities and skillsStrong time management skills required to meet the internal and external deadlines/cutoffsInterest in financial products is a mustExcellent verbal and written communication skills and adept at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organizationKnowledge of Global markets and settlement practicesOperate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and can prioritize ones own work toachieve themPreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsStrong business knowledge is preferred/Added advantage of Prime BrokerageStrong knowledge of the Swap product would be preferredStrong computing skills an advantage in a fast paced and dynamic workplace that encourages integrating with new technologies to eliminate manual processesRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Aeronautical,Anti Money Laundering,ASP.NET,Dcom,ABAP,Manufacturing Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Operations Experience: years Vacancy: 1
