Then look no further…Administration LeadSalary - up to £29,661 per annum (plus benefits)Hours - 40 hours per week, 8.00am to 5.00pmLocation Postcode - EH22 1SXAs an Administration Lead at FCC Environment, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager.This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week, however, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days).Our promise to you- Competitive salary- 25 days’ annual leave (full-time working) plus Bank Holidays- Pension scheme- Life insurance- Discretionary bonus scheme- On the job training and progression- Recognition scheme- Refer a friend- Flexible benefits including high street savings, cycle to work scheme and Gymflex membership, holiday purchase and many more.- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme and the Best Doctors Service via our Wellbeing Platform.What will you be doing?- Supporting the Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager to achieve business objectives, including data for any reports.- Ensuring all policies and procedures are maintained (IMS and SFS).- Overseeing SEPA Permit Waste Returns and Hazardous Waste Returns.- Providing customer liaison for queries, problems, complaints, and financial matters.- Co-ordinating and consolidating weekly and monthly reporting.- Co-ordinating meetings, setting-up meeting rooms and managing refreshments as and when required.- Collating, co-ordinating and controlling site specific information, including Weighbridge system administration and filing/archiving and managing personnel files (Q4).- Inputting weekly absence return reports, weekly timesheets, and overtime data.- Maintaining the site training database and organising training.- Ensuring the office functions efficiently and effectively.- Supporting with Purchase orders.- Conducting reception duties.- Acting as a tour guide.- Becoming a nominated Supervisor completing all required training and panels.- Acting as the nominated supervisor for the domestic cleaners and the gardeners.What are we looking for?- Experience in a similar role About UsWe are FCC Environment, one of the nation’s leading waste and resource management companies.
