You will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the running of the business.Balance daily cash and submit summary to head officePetty cash reconciliationStock transfers in and outLiaising with workshops for repairsPhotography of new and existing stockMaintain stock recordsOrdering and call-in of merchandise for stores and events (candles/tote bags etc)Dealing with invoices from suppliersShopping goods to and from customersContacting clients to let them know repairs are readyQuality control of stock when back from workshopYour skills and experiencePrevious retail admin experience is essentialExcellent computer and IT skillsExcellent communication skillsOrganisedFlexible to attend events in the showroomA basic knowledge of jewellery or a desire to learn would be desirableThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the company and can look forward to an exciting career journey within the luxury goods industry.To apply for the retail operations administrator role simply send your CV and we will review it and contact you immediately.  Your Talent Solutions is a recruitment company that specialises in projects and programmes
