Do you have experience of acting on newbuild and sales transactions? Are you looking for a position within a successful business that continues to grow year on year? The Recruitment Co. are recruiting for one of our key clients based in Manchester and this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Job Responsibilities:

  • New-build transactions acting for purchasers, including preparing completion statements
  • Submission of SDLTs & LR searches and applying for property searches
  • Sale transactions, including issuing contract packs
  • Dealing with sale enquiries
  • Preparing and submitting files for post completion by AP1 and dealing with Requisitions raised by the Land Registry. A knowledge of InfoTrack would be beneficial
  • Updating clients, developers, estate agents and mortgage brokers

The Person:

  • Experience of dealing with the above matters within a legal property department
  • Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience working with Proclaim, Lender Exchange and LMS would be an advantage, however full training will be provided
