Compensation:

Our rates align with fair compensation standards and offer competitive pay based on contributions and task completion.


Range: $9.00 - $13.00 USD per hour, depending on Experience 


Task-Based Project Scope:

This freelance, task-based role is perfect for individuals looking to gain practical experience and add to their professional toolkit in a flexible work environment. Tasks are assigned as they become available, with notifications sent via WhatsApp, email, or Slack (once onboarded through our client’s portal). The structure allows you to engage in real-world projects while balancing other commitments.

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements: 

All global contractors will be onboarded through our platform, Deel.com, to ensure alignment with international compliance standards. Successful completion of onboarding is required to begin work, which includes submitting the necessary documentation within the specified timeline. Candidates should be prepared to provide accurate and compliant documents according to the requirements of their region. 

 

Compensation starting in Wales only: USD $9.00 - $13.00 USD per hour DOE

  • Hours: Freelance/Task-based (varies from 0 to 20 hours per week).
  • Availability: This role aligns with Indian Standard Time (IST), with tasks typically available starting at 8am IST.
  • Classification: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. International candidates should be aware of local tax regulations for freelancers, with a W-8 BEN form available for non-U.S. workers.
