Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively managing existing customer accounts and developing relationships.
  • Conduct proactive calls to existing customers and business development calls to dealers.
  • Collaborate with field sales representatives and arrange site visits to maximise profitability.
  • Liaise with customers on order progression, stock availability, and lead time.
  • Provide support to team colleagues and sales coordinators when necessary.
  • Deal with customer queries efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Advise customers on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
  • Make accurate cost calculations and provide formal quotations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting through CRM management.
  • Attend industry exhibitions and networking events to stay updated on market trends.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience within a sales or sales administration role.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
