We’re using the latest in AI to automate and innovate, empowering businesses to achieve exceptional productivity and compliance outcomes.About the RoleAs our first Enablement Manager, you’ll take ownership of customer and internal training strategy and execution across our platform. You’ll design and deliver engaging learning experiences that accelerate adoption, improve product confidence, and support Customer Success in driving outcomes.This is both a strategic and hands-on role, combining deep understanding of adult learning principles, SaaS adoption best practices, and creative content delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the enablement strategy: Define what “great” training and enablement look like across all products and customer segments.Deliver world-class training: Design and deliver onboarding, refresher, and feature training for new and existing users.Drive adoption: Identify adoption gaps across customers and work closely with Customer Success Managers to address them through targeted enablement.Support new feature launches: Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure customers are equipped to adopt new capabilities effectively.Create scalable learning assets: Build engaging resources — such as video tutorials, user guides, eLearning modules, and certification pathways — to support continuous learning.Measure impact: Track enablement effectiveness through engagement, adoption, and competency metrics; continuously improve based on feedback and data.Internal alignment: Equip Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams with the knowledge and materials they need to deliver consistent, high-quality training experiences.Customer advocacy: Gather insights from training interactions to inform product improvements and customer success initiatives.About YouYou’re passionate about helping people get the most out of technology.
