If you love designing strategic enablement programmes, coaching leaders, and influencing at senior levels-this role gives you the platform, ownership, and visibility to make a real impact. You'll lead high-value initiatives, collaborate across the organisation, and drive the partner effectiveness strategies that fuel growth across every region. This is your opportunity to shape how partners learn, sell, and succeed-with you at the centre of a high-performing, forward-thinking enablement function. This is a Hybrid position with three days per week in our Newcastle office. Key Responsibilities What you'll be doing • Collaborate with partner leadership and enablement colleagues to enhance partner effectiveness through strategic onboarding and continuous enablement • Lead the development and implementation of partner coaching and performance clinics aligned with the Partner Enablement strategy and Blueprints • Provide regional expertise to develop and co-create skills and process enablement with Learning Services • Manage multiple strategic programs concurrently, ensuring they meet competency requirements and partner goals • Deliver skills and processes for onboarding new partners and improving their ability to differentiate through the sales process • Oversee and review partner enablement content and assets, ensuring they drive a culture of coaching and innovation • Build and deliver strategic skills sessions and ongoing coaching to Partner Leaders, focusing on leveraging tools and reports • Measure performance improvement, addressing gaps through strategic coaching and activities • Regularly report the impact of enablement activities against agreed performance outcomes and objectives to senior stakeholders What you'll bring • Credibility and confidence when collaborating with senior stakeholders • Strategic thinking with an innovative mindset • Deep expertise in Partner Enablement methodologies and best practices • Strong organisational skills and comfort running multiple programmes simultaneously • Ability to independently lead strategic workstreams • Advanced coaching skills and experience running high-impact coaching sessions • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Strong active listening and relationship-building abilities • Gravitas and presence when presenting to senior audiences • Resilience, adaptability, and comfort working in ambiguity • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen • A collaborative mindset with a "team first" approach Benefits?
