Applicants who do not meet all the requirements of the post will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.Plus an additional 1250 per annum essential user car allowance.About youYou should have a HNC in Building (or an equivalent qualification) or experience in maintenance and constructionan understanding of building design building fabrics and associated have a strong customer focus great communication skillsan ability to interpret building legislation and use operational software for property management.
