The Role

  • Oversee and curate cigar lounge experience: manage the cigar programme to ensure smooth operations and maximise revenue
  • Develop a premium cigar list: align offerings with our brands luxury concept
  • Manage stock and inventory: control costs, manage pricing, and maintain inventory
  • Maintain quality and value: ensure our cigar selection remains competitive and valued by our guests
  • Collaborate with Head Sommelier: support general wine operations and integrate cigar offerings
  • Ensure optimal cigar storage: maintain the cigar keep, monitor humidity levels, and minimise wastage
  • Train and lead team members: provide comprehensive cigar and service training to the front of house team
  • Enhance guest experience: deliver an unforgettable cigar and beverage experience, maintaining high levels of privacy and professionalism


About You

  • Experienced Cigar Sommelier with a proven track record in luxury hospitality
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work seamlessly across departments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commercially savvy with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
