We are delighted to be recruiting for this newly created Account Executive’s role within a fantastic creative agency whose client base is outstanding. Working closely with the Senior Account Manager, your role will be varied and you will be supported to grow and develop in the creative industry

Your role will involve:

  • Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
  • Supporting the Senior Account Manager in co-ordinating a broad spectrum of creative client projects
  • Liaising between the client services and agency teams
  • Briefing both internal and external creative teams
  • Tracking project status and driving projects forward with the support of the Senior Account Manager
  • Completing projects on time and to budget
  • Managing administrative and project work
  • Preparing estimates and POs
  • Working alongside the production coordinator to deliver projects with a print production element

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • Previous experience in a similar client facing, administrative role. Ideally within an agency though not essential
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Professional pro-active approach
  • Team player with a fun attitude
