Billings Administrator (Temp to possible Perm) 
  • Location: Heathrow

  • Work Pattern: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm - free parking on site

We are looking for a Billings Administrator to join our team and provide comprehensive support for all aspects of billing. This role involves extensive customer interaction, dealing with queries, and liaising with operational teams to ensure prompt feedback. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring invoices are accurate and billed on time to meet our tight deadline schedule.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process airline, transport, and freight forwarder invoices, credit notes, and rebates using the operational accounting system.
  • Handle all customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate billing reports to customers and for internal use.
  • Perform cash reconciliation of credit card payments taken within the warehouse.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as required, contributing to the team’s success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new IT software skills (ABS, Cargospot, Cargospot Billing).
  • Knowledge of import/export processes is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
