Description:


  • Coordinate staff assigned vessels with qualified, certified, and medically fit offshore workers in compliance with National, International, and Company requirements. Pay special attention to the extensive certification needs for Divers and Marine personnel.
  • Ensure timely provision of offshore personnel for vessels/projects by coordinating with the external travel company, selecting the best travel options, and ensuring possession of the correct documentation, visas, and work permits. Assist with the visa process as needed.
  • Provide valid travel information to personnel being mobilised or demobilised well in advance of their travel dates.
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore vessel management to plan and agree on personnel movements and crew changes, and involve them in planning changes to core crew personnel at their specific worksites.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate discipline Crewing Planner and Recruitment teams to source personnel.
  • Prepare call-offs, hire forms, and certification check forms for personnel as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues related to the management and personnel of the assigned vessel(s), promptly addressing queries from offshore staff.
  • Coordinate with shipping agents to arrange personnel transfers and other in-country services, completing schedules as necessary.
  • Keep Kick-off Documents and Vessel Activity Briefs updated.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Vessel POB (Persons on Board) list.


Contract:


  • Temporary, 12 months


Hours:


  • Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week (flexible working hours)


Hybrid Working:


  • 3 days office, 2 days home
