TheOpportunity:

Reporting to theOperational Resources Manager the Crewing Coordinator will play acrucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe deployment ofpersonnel for our offshore projects. Through comprehensive planningexcellent communication skills and attention to detail willdirectly impact the successful execution of projects contributingto the overall operational excellence and client satisfaction ofourorganization.

MainResponsibilities

Crew deployment& logistics

  • Coordinate crewdeployment for offshore projects ensuring timely arrivals anddepartures.
  • Arrange travel accommodation visasand necessary documentation for crewmembers.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations andCompliance teams to ensure crew compliance with industryregulations.
  • Liaise with crew members ProjectManagers vessel operators and other stakeholders to ensure smoothoperations.
  • Provide regular updates to relevantteams regarding crew schedules availability andchanges.

Project support &planning

  • Work closely with ProjectManagers to understand crew requirements for upcomingprojects.
  • Plan crew rotations ensuring adequatecoverage and adherence to workhourregulations.
  • Facilitate communication betweencrew and project teams to address any schedulingissues.

Systems &Documentation

  • Maintain accurate anduptodate crew databases including certifications andqualifications.
  • Manage crew documentationcontracts and personnel records ensuring compliance with companypolicies and regulations.
  • Identifyopportunities for process improvements in crew management anddeployment.
  • Prepare reports and managementinformation as required to inform decisions & provideinsights for continuousimprovement

Training

  • Workingclosely with the Operational Resources Manager to book FTEs onOffshore courses including Bosiet GWO OGUK Medical & anyother mandatory training as defined by the business through Rovcosrecognisedsuppliers.

Youshould apply if youhave:

Essential:

  • Previousexperience in a Crewing or Personnel role within the Offshoresector
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal
  • Attention to detail andability to work with precision
  • Problem solvingand decision making abilities
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and Crew ManagementSoftware
  • Collaborative team player with aproactive approach
  • Demonstrated ability todeliver work to timelines
  • Ability to remaincalm under pressure and meetdeadlines
  • Adaptability to changing prioritiesand a fast paced environment
  • Understanding ofcrewing requirements and Offshore Projectdynamics

Desirable:

  • Relevantcertifications in Crew Management Logistics or ProjectManagement
