Company Overview

Bright Signals is recognised as one of Scotland’s most disruptive and effective creative agencies. Since setting up, we’ve won The Marketing Society Star Awards digital category more times than any other. In 2024, after winning places on two of the Scottish Government’s agency rosters, we entered the Star Awards public sector category for the first time and won both the gold and the bronze. In recent years we’ve been named The Marketing Society’s Agency Employer Brand of the Year. In short, the best agency to work for in Scotland.

When it comes down to it, Bright Signals is a talent agency. Nothing more, nothing less. A place where people can be themselves, express themselves and excel themselves. Where we want you to experience the proudest moments of your career.

We’re fiercely proud of our culture. Everyone here contributes to the creative process. There are no egos. No silos. And we have always, always, got each other’s back.

To realise our potential as an agency, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Managing Director to lead the agency’s commercial operations and client services. By your side will be our world class team of strategists, producers, writers, art directors, designers, editors, coders, makers, breakers, dreamers and doers.
